Caramel Dragee!

Caramel Dragee Recipe! Do you like caramel? In this recipe, we create a glass-like caramel glaze to turn our hazelnut balls into crispy dragees! 😋


Ingredients:

400 ml milk cream

150 g white chocolate

1 tablespoon starch

150 g coconut

Nutart roasted hazelnuts

2 cups sugar

1/4 cup water


Tip:

The key point of this very simple recipe is the caramel preparation. 🙌🏻

Make sure to melt the sugar over low heat without stirring (by shaking).

When the melting is almost complete, gently stir and add water.

After adding the water, melt the formed crystals by stirring, and your caramel will be ready.


When coating the balls, turn off the heat but do not remove the pan from the heat to prevent the caramel from hardening immediately.
