Crispy Kadaif Pudding! 🎊 With its crispy base, light pudding on top, and smooth chocolate ganache, this dessert will leave everyone mesmerized!
Ingredients:
🎊 For the base: 1.5 cups shredded kadaif, 3 tablespoons butter, 4 tablespoons tahini, 150g hazelnut spread (We used Nutart hazelnut spread with pistachio pieces)
🍮 For the pudding: 4 cups milk, 3 tablespoons flour, 3 tablespoons starch, 1 teacup sugar, 1 tablespoon butter
🍫 For the ganache: 160g chocolate and 200ml cream (We used Nutart chopped hazelnuts to garnish the top)
Recipe: Sauté the kadaif in butter until it turns golden. Add the hazelnut spread and tahini, mix well, and divide this mixture into the bottoms of serving cups. For the pudding, combine the milk, flour, starch, and sugar in a pot. Stir well and cook over medium heat. Once the pudding thickens, remove it from the heat and add the butter. Stir until smooth. Pour the warm pudding over the crispy kadaif layer in the cups. For the ganache, heat the cream on low heat and melt the chocolate in it. Stir until smooth and silky. Pour this over the pudding layer.
