Crispy Lemon Dessert!

Crispy Lemon Dessert Recipe! 🍋 A light and refreshing summer treat…


Preparation:

Grate the zest of 1 lemon into a bowl.

Squeeze the juice from approximately 6 lemons to obtain a total of 3 tea glasses of lemon juice.


Recipe:

For the lemon sauce

Half a tea glass of lemon juice

2 tablespoons of sugar

2 glasses of water

(Heat the mixture on the stove until the sugar dissolves, then let it cool.)


For the lemon filling

2 tea glasses of lemon juice

3 tea glasses of water

2 glasses of granulated sugar

Grated zest of 1 lemon

1 egg yolk

3 tablespoons of starch

(Heat the mixture on the stove until it starts to boil and thicken, then let it cool.)


For the cheese filling

In one bowl:

200 ml cream

1 tea glass of granulated sugar

In another bowl:

300 grams labneh

250 grams strained cheese

Half a tea glass of lemon juice

(Whisk each bowl separately, then gently combine them.)


For the layers

2 packets of ladyfingers

Nutart chopped hazelnuts

(Dip the ladyfingers in the lemon sauce and arrange them.)


If your bowl is thinner, you can use biscuits instead of ladyfingers.
