ORDER, BILLING & SHIPMENT

Order and Invoice

After choosing your products, you need to check your cart page. Click the proceed to payment button for the cart you have approved. Enter your full address information in the shipping information section.  Select standard shipping in the delivery method section. In the payment section, iyzico infrastructure guarantee is provided as the payment provider. If your billing information is different from your delivery information, you can change it from the box there. (Your invoice will be sent with your order  order.) You are requested to review all the information entered in the review section of your order. From here, you will be directed to your secure payment page via iyzico.

 

Payment Confirmation

If your credit card payment is approved, you will receive an e-mail titled "Thank you for your purchase".

This e-mail contains your order confirmation and product information. If your payment fails or you do not receive this e-mail, it means that your order is not formed. We are ready to help you with any problem, if you contact us via e-mail sharing at info@nutartonline.com.

Cargo tracking

If your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail titled "Your order is on its way".

This e-mail contains your order information and cargo tracking number.

Membership

You do not need to be a member of the site for any of the transactions related to order, payment and cargo tracking.

If you create a membership to the site, you will have a panel where you can easily check your orders, payment methods and cargo status. In this panel, you can view your previous orders, addresses and tracking codes. In addition, it is recommended that you create a membership so that you can automatically fill in your address information and payment information, which facilitates your next orders.
